WHY

The process has continued to be more challenging than we had anticipated, for a variety of reasons, and we are behind schedule. This is one reason why we want to accelerate it.

The idea of accelerating the process arose in the course of meetings following Marshall's life celebration. We were exploring a variety of issues and challenges that CNVC is facing, and the idea was instantly met with excitement. We want to make it a go, and are hoping those selected will join us in committing to make the process happen within this narrower timeframe.
