Chers amis et collègues de la communauté CNV

Comme vous le savez peut-être, il y a deux ans et demi le Centre pour la Communication NonViolente a lancé le Processus pour un Nouvel Avenir, un processus de reconstruction de fond en comble, qui a invité notre réseau mondial à participer à co-créer une organisation qui soit plus efficace à partager la Communication NonViolente à travers le monde.

Après deux ans et demi, nous sommes très heureux et soulagés d'avoir atteint le point dans le processus où nous sommes prêts à commencer à construire la nouvelle organisation ! Plus récemment, le Conseil d'intégration a passé sept mois à intégrer toutes les évaluations et les décisions offerts à la phase 1 et la phase 2 du processus, la production d'un "Plan d'ensemble" pour ce que le CNVC et le réseau CNV seront invités à continuer à co-créer.

Le Conseil veut maintenant faire une vérification finale avec le réseau pour s'assurer que notre plan d'ensemble créera une organisation capable de se lancer et d'évoluer en fonction des commentaires en cours, et ne contient pas de « défauts fatals » qui empêcheraient que cela se produise .

Il y a deux façons dont vous pouvez aider :

1 - Veuillez prendre le temps et l'énergie de lire le Plan d'Ensemble (200 pages) et/ou le résumé (14 pages) et de répondre aux questions du questionnaire ci-dessous.Voir http://bit.ly/2bfTIJa

2-Participez aux Présentations en direct, aux sessions de Questions/Réponses, ou de Connection qui sont prévues dans les 10 prochaines semaines. Voir http://bit.ly/2bJ6y5G pour les dates et les détails, y compris quand des interprétes seront disponibles pour les audiences non-anglophones.

Nous vous demandons de soumettre vos réponses au plus tard le 31 octobre pour nous permettre d'en prendre connaissance, et de faire les changements éventuels. Notre but étant de commencer à construire la nouvelle organisation le 1er janvier 2017.
