The structure allows for projects to emerge anywhere so long as there are people who are committed to doing them, and for ways of doing global fundraising to support such projects. There is no central location, no central body that makes things happen or prevents them from happening. Everything that takes place happens in specific weaves, with specific people initiating, implementing, and sustaining projects. |

Elle est ouverte à tous, et dispose d'une structure étendue qui encourage partout l'auto-gouvernance. La structure permet aux projets d'émerger, n'importe où, tant qu'il existe des personnes s'engageant à les porter et des moyens de collecter des fonds pour soutenir ces projets.
